I wasn't winding anyone up the fact is the man is sitting on serious corruption and criminal allegations of chief officers at GMP and is doing nothing about them.

Unfortunately some fans of Leigh Centurions are so blinded by their club partisanship that they cannot acknowledge that what you are saying is true.

There are clearly issues surrounding this appointment, he does seem like he is willing to give it a good go, and he is Mayor or the Manchester Region so I am happy to give him a go.
