Speculation but you have to think he has or had ulterior motives, he's been at three clubs, Halifax, Cas and Fev two of whom owned their own ground and land the other who's landlords may have been willing to sell.



What a shame if Fev have undone loads of gradual good work that saw them on a strong footing, hopefully not though it would be nice to see them slip a bit to level the playing field
