Blacks passing this season has been awful, too high, too low, behind the man, its a basic skill.

the problem is with our playmakers, they all think they have to spin the ball at 300mph into someones stomach and those passes come off maybe 1 or 2 out of 20, we can pass the ball soft as well.



we pass the ball when the players are close to collision as well, so as soon as they get the ball there in the tackle.

although we had little to offer in attack the sort aspect for me is the defence, or lack of it. 42 put past us by a 12 man championship 1 side and 48 today. It beggars belief. Oh and where has the team spirit gone? They even entered the field to "fax on fire" hah

To be honest i felt that playing that song as we waited to kick off was a bit cheesy and conceited, not on the scale of the country mile comment but in the same area, plus to then get hammered makes it even worse. Maybe before the game yes pre entertainment but not when the players are on the pitch kicking off, made me slightly cringe.

Should be no need for Spin passing unless missing players out-which is rare. What happened to the 6 o´clock pass that are the basics of passing?



Just heard Calland on the Radio and saying certain players are "in last Chance saloon". Well Matt you wanted then here and signed them on 2 year contracts. So them words are for me meaningless. Are we going to sell them? Who to?Are we going to release them? Again thats just wasting money! We have the option of loan players-but whilst every other team gets them we dont bother! Matt look at the source of the problem-Coaching, attitude and discipline on and off the field! not just say players are in last chance saloon.

I think Matt Calland has had a permanent table reservation for some time now and the time has come for him to settle his bill and do the honourable thing.

I thought so also, they were just enthused over a poor team. I can't believe it took them half an hour to score, it should have been way more than 48.

Dont fret, we were poo last week and terrific yesterday.

Beswick, Cherryholme and Aizue for me. Bowman is a good player who puts the work in usually.

It took them 30 min to tire our fowards out, then it was easy for them. Except for big Frank our pack looked too old and slow, unable to cover in defence and no punch in attack.

The worrying thing is other than a couple of players the team today was the same as the one that was scoring for fun last year.

Today we had no idea. Our body language before the kick off was poor and got worse through the game. if the players can not be bothered then they can't expect the fans to shell out £15+ to watch them.
