Is there?
We have lost some games where with a few adjustments here and there we might have won.
The stadium plans are not where we want but they are realistically reported and its a sign of the current climate - im not seeing building flying up in St Helens, Wakefield, or Salford either!
We are TWO points behind the three time champions
We are in Super League
We recently won in France
We have some very talented young players (although I think we should have one or two more, granted)
Crowds are ok and stable
Not long ago our fixture list contained Doncaster, Batley and we were in Hunslets group in the NRC!
I think there is PLENTY to be positive about. Be part of the solution, not the problem

I live in town and admittedly, I don't canvass the opinions of fans such as your good self but the people I talk to have a different viewpoint. Since when have forums been the true voice of opinion, just a bunch of keyboard warriors who bitch and moan behind made up names. The only negativity I hear is from 'fans' such as yourself but then again I am a 'glass is half-full' type of guy, things could be a hell of whole lot worse, would you swap places with Fev? Doncaster?.

It's good to see that there are other people out there who aren't doom and gloom merchants.
The thing I've noticed on message boards is that people don't really have much to say unless it's negative and when a few people start complaining it's often misinterpreted as the general consensus when in reality it isn't. I live in Glasshoughton and speak to loads of Cas fans too and I haven't heard anyone panicking or suggesting we're in crisis at all.
A couple of defeats and all of a sudden everything the club does is wrong.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion and everyone is entitled to express their opinion but 7 games into the season isn't the time to panic and demand change IMO.

| I dont see how anyone can see this as a positive.
We have signed someone that nobody has ever heard of, And in this, Stopped one of our youth players development. This guy cant be much better than we have, Otherwise he would be playing more for the goons than he is.
The club is an absolute joke, If i was a youth player at the club i would be contacting Wakefield right away trying to get a transfer to thier youth system, As they have no chance of making it in ours while Richard Wright and Terry Matterson are running the show
I didnt mind Mike Cooper and Shaun Ainscough, As at least they were proven at Super League level, But this kid isnt, And i would have much rather have seen John Davies given the game time, Nevermind though, He will probably go to another SL side, Under a coach who actually has some ability and will end up been a Super League regular at a side much better than us, Ala Blanche, Mason, Lunt, Watts... Plus all the others we have turned away in the past
The club is officially a joke

Yeah, We will give him 4 games experience that will bring him on leaps and bounds, Then send him back to yourselves so you can reap the rewards, Unless a loan signing with as little experience as him, Wants a permanent move, I wouldnt touch them, Just help our own kids development instead

| Maybe. just maybe (and I know it's a long shot) our head coach is a better judge of a players ability than the armchair coaches on this board.
For the record (and according to the Wakey board) Gledhill was playing for Westgate Redoubt and was offered contracts from Wakey, Cas and Leeds, opting for Wakey as it is his home town club (born in Horbury).

This loan signing could end up being more.Hes well behind Tomkins, hansen, mossop, bailey and if Farrell hadnt playing last thursday for widnes then he would have been on the bench against you men..I can see Tuson stayng long term.

| =#0080FFTM could quite easily have dropped Thompson from the squad this week in favour of Wainwright and he hasn't. I think that suggests he isn't trying to keep our youngsters down like some seem to think he is. If TM thinks Tuson is better than what we currently have then fair enough.
We've got a tough easter programme coming up and having an extra player available to us is exactly what we need.
