I for one will be very PI55ED off if Owen goes next year, Shenny is up for a new contract as well, Money yes is a driving force for players, we can offer them as much as any other club, but what our club cannot offer them is success, and these guys are ambitious. The club say these guys are the future, lets see eh!

Its a guess, Wigan,Bradford or Hull i reckon. Only at Cas would we move potentially the best full back we've had in years

to the wing to accommodate a utility player!.

Heard people say evans to wing a few times, cant understand why, for all he's a solid player and a good defender he would be the slowest winger in sl, at a guess i would say that at least 5 of our forwards could easily outpace him.

where have i wrote we are, what i have said is we can offer as much as another club.

Within the constraints of our salary cap In Snitch and Jacksons case we surpassed what other clubs were willing to pay, and Hudds you state is richer than Cas.

The salery cap is irrelevent to us since we are so far from spending fullcap, yes with snitch and jackson we paid more than other clubs, but all that means is we willing to pay more than they thought those players were worth.



We dont have the same money to spend as other club unfortunatly, when shenny signed for us instead of bradford when they were after him it wasnt because we were offering the most money.



I think shenton will again stay out of loyalty, owen i'm less sure about.

Not what i said at all (though its not the first time you've decided i've said something i havent) but shenton has twice had the oppurtunity to leave us, and twice he's stuck with us, which shows a great deal of loyalty. Since he's stuck by us when we have been in nl1 and when we've been stuck at the bottom of sl it wouldnt make much sense to leave after our best sl finish in his time at the club and our best cup run at his time at the club would it? or is that too logical for you?

Shenton could be thinking i've stopped twice when Cas were down, if i leave now i can not be accused of jumping ship.

Our future is more uncertain than alot of clubs that could be a major factor in his mind.



Anyway fingers crossed we have a good season, start on the stadium gain a sugar daddy. And get to keep our promising youngsters.
