I've just trawled through 8 pages on this forum and a dozen pages on the Wakey site - and one question remains unanswered - where do fans go (of both Wakey and Tigers)who like to watch the game together ? Families, friends, work colleagues and so on.

No one is going to stop family and friends standing together, it's just a general guide to keep the bulk of fans seperate. |

To be fair, the picture they have put on gives a better idea of the allocation than the first one - mainly because the first one looked like they were giving us a very small portion of the stadium to stand in.
FWIW I will be there early to try and get in the North Stand with a good view

I don't think it was necessarily a badly thought idea, but the delivery could have been done a lot better. The first statement seemed to be a case of "you will stand here, you will not stand there and if you choose to stand in the wrong place you will be moved" which of course got people's backs up.
If they had put this statement out in the first place then people wouldn't have had any issues and would know that they can infact stand anywhere they wish but are advised that majority of the Wakefield fans will be in the western half of the North Stand and the majority of Cas fans in the East half.
All a big misunderstanding now sorted out  |
