I really like Croft. I thought he was our best player last year and indeed still one of the best in the league playing behind a pack that got demolished every week. Now, with Connor playing as proper seven, and a much more polished version of Miller to play off, I think he's quite capable of lighting up the comp. He does the tough stuff too, off hand I'd say is one on one defence is the best (for a half) I've seen at the club since Cliff Lyons. The priority for Blease should be keeping the current spine together for the next two to three years.
