Fingers crossed for Saturday whatever the result I hope we are in good enough nick to still be able to really go into the playoffs in much better form than we have been for last three months!



Now beginning to get nervous...

I'd be more than happy to win the CC this year of course in terms of "kudos" I think the GF will always rank higher but it would be great for the "Golden generation" to lay this bad omen to rest.

I think the golden generation needs to win the cc to complete their careers. What would be really special would be the double though.

Whoever wins tomorrow will have to be at the top of their game. Two very good teams both capable of fast attacking rugby and both with tough committed defenses, so it will be which side makes the fewest errors and is the most committed on the day.



Let us hope that both teams are able to field their best players and there are no injuries or bad decisions by the officials and that the best team wins it..... and I do hope that proves to be Leeds.

If we're at the top of our game we win, regardless how good Cas play. Unfortunately that hasn't happened in a long time in a CC final.

The closer it gets the more our inability to perform in the cc final is worrying me, Cas will be up for this and even in 2005 we had a fantastic previous record against Hull and look what happened.

I'm looking forward to it. Though it is my first time going down to watch it. In contrast, the '10 and '11 finals were spent watching on a massive screen outside the entrance to Leeds Festival as everyone was going in, sat on a chair largely by myself (or stragglers stopping for 5-10 minutes) watching us lose.



This time I won't get rained on, will be around other Leeds fans and will get to experience the whole thing for the first time. Also, I have never experienced a team I support winning a trophy; I've only ever expereinced the losing! Consequently, despite us largely being poor recently, I am not at all worried and simply looking forward to it all.



Even Kirke coming on, as that will be part of the day!

Would love us to win this. Can't wait for the game. A nice big pitch, our backs will relish all the space. CMON RHINOS!

Would tend to agree - Just hope we don't get into the frantic last five mins we have seen many times this year - Our success in very tight games is not good this year

I'd love us to win this and then go on the do the double. This team hasn't received the respect it deserves for the last 10 years. When Wigan the GF in 2010, the media made out like they were going to dominate the game. Then again last year when they do the double. We all acknowledge that this team is coming to the end, and it would be great to see them clean up. Actually, the best scenario, win the CC, win our remaining league games and finish top, win the GF, and do it all again next year before we see the retirements start. Stuff it, after seeing us lose 8 cup finals, we deserve it.
