They were sending the invites out a couple of weeks ago mate and you had to confirm attendence by replying to the txt or by ringing the club. |

The best time for laying grass is actually October, which considering that is when our season finishes, was a fair point by Swiftcorn on this occassion. New grass needs wet more important than warmth. August under normal circumstances is actually the worst time possible to lay grass.
My question would be why the hell they would lay a new pitch, only to have building work going on around it just a couple of months later. Surely some of the tools required will need to utilize the pitch area for the build?
Overall though, nice to see work is going to happen. |
