I feel like I've missed something here (yes, I know, I miss lots of things) but what does "cohersed" mean? Is it a word of your own invention or have you borrowed it from somewhere?

It does though, in the laws of the game.
Hunselt hold his contract for 18 months, and therefore he is tied to them. Leeds to all intents and purposes control Hunslet now, so therefore Watson's contract is mearly a Leeds one under another umbrella.
Leeds have first choice on Hunslet players, which would include Watson. Therefore if he succeeds and Leeds want to sign him, then Hunslet will do business. Of course the player also needs to want to return. To add to that, Leeds can sign Hunslet players on loan also if it was a short term thing needed.

It was a word that Gary Heathrington made up in the war of words with Caisley in the Harris saga

Excellent. Better in the verbal communication than the written I suppose. Did he really write that himself, or does a press officer somewhere need sacking?

In the laws of the game, Jimmy Watson is a Hunslet player, not a Leeds player.
In the laws of the game, Hunslet and Leeds are still separate clubs, no matter what 'intents and purposes' you think Leeds might have.
Jimmy Watson is no more a Leeds player than Gareth Ellis is.

| Watson cannot move freely between Hunslet and Leeds. Dual registration only permits SL players to play for Championship/Championship One clubs, not vice versa.
He is not on dual registration.
The only way he could play for Leeds would be if Hunslet allowed him to go to Leeds on loan at some point in the future.
Given that he's been a regular fixture in their side when fit, I can't see them letting him go out on loan anywhere.
So explain how he is still effectively a Leeds player?

Peter Smith said, Prevents him going elsewhere. Wheels dissagreed with that.
I gave clear as to why what Peter Smith put is correct. Wheels dissagreed.
I didn't say he was a Leeds player, I said his contract is mearly a Leeds one under a different umbrella. You can interpret that how you want. Wheels dissagreed, but without the ability to reason his response he could just use an emotican.
Quote Andy Gilder="Gary Hetherington"All our players are dual-registered with Hunslet, but equally all Hunslet's players are dual-registered with us.
"It may be Hunslet have got a player who could fit the bill for us '"
Watson, as with all other Hunslet players are also registered with Leeds.
So do I take what Wheels says? or what Hetherington says?
Does that answer your question?

Is Gareth Ellis dual registered with Leeds?
Unless Hetherington is lying I'm going to have to agree with Gotcha
