| Another dire performance started well, but then not looked like scoring until the sin binning, really need a big second half even though that's stating the obvious, otherwise can see them sneaking it.

| Segeyaro is on different planet to rest of team, but really enjoyed Lilley's performance that second half.

| Agree, thought we looked far better with Lilley on the pitch.
I'd also say that was probably the best game Cuthbo has had all year. Looked dangerous and didn't give cheap ball away.

| Surprised all the Salford fans nestled into the Western terrace, looked jam packed with away fans.

| Granted nothing to write home about with the performance but to say it was the potentially the sh*test this year when we've had Cas run circles around us and HKR beat us easily at Easter to name but a few is the usual exaggerated nonsense from the usual suspects.
Job done and a big win versus Batley next week pretty much guarantees our safety (still a chance after that us, Hudds. HKR and Leigh could all end on 10 points but our points difference is looking very good with Batley at home still to come)
Salford.....that's looking dodgy (they have the 3 'lesser' Championship teams now so should still climb up to 8 points). Should still be in the MPG but looking like an away game. If against Leigh that's awkward and they've already lost there.....but could even be against SL opposition which will be interesting.
The point I made after week 1 and Hudds then having a 'good' run of fixtures in terms of the 3 'easier' Championship teams compared to Salford's fixtures certainly showing itself now.

| The point of potentially the worst was made first half hour of game, hence the potentially point, and why it said "at the moment", but I am sure you knew that really. Had you been there you would have agreed, or at least someone who doesn't look for excuses all the time would. That first half was two horrendous teams, hence the posting. The fact Leeds got some more try's in the second half was more to do with Sutcliffe going off which forced the change for Lilley to be in, and the fact that Salford really are an extremely poor side and did not look interested.
For me, without a shadow of a doubt, without the signing of Segayaro this team would definitely have been in the Salford position, but less likely to retain Super League status. Thank god we brought him in, as tactics wise, and other performances, the rest haven't improved since the start of the year and throughout. Playing lower level teams doesn't mask that. But that's my opinion, someone has a different one so be it.

| no I agree. the first half was shocking. dire. there was no shape, tactics nothing. lilley brought an organisation we were in desperate need of. burrow/moon combination was abysmal. his kicking game was good, guided us around the park and enabled us to get a foothold. once we clicked the last 30 was pretty good.
lets not be beat around the bush though, Salford were shocking. theres no doubt we need changes going forward

| The reason it was CR*P is that now we are nearly at full strength when before we were scraping the barrel , we have very little in the way of organisation or set plays and rely nearly totally on Segs and he aint going to be here next year . Salford were awful yet it took a freak try to get us on the way .

| People seem to miss the point that relegation brings a whole different scenario. All that matters is the win.
It's doesn't matter how we win as long as we do.
