Hardaker even had to take control and set the right example for that loose cannon that is regarded as a leader.

The thread is not really about the 2 points - with the current league format, the 2 points are almost insignificant (and the players played that way too), and it's that attitude we're discussing.



The players absolutely turned up to last nights game in the complete wrong mindset to win the game or even put in a half decent performance. Is that acceptable when you've got paying punters?



Would you be happy going to a restraunt and being served by someone with a bad attitude and the food then being rubbish - but it's ok, they've got a big party in tomorrow night, so they're saving their best for that?

Poor performances are understandable and to be expected throughout a season, however seeing a team turn up with that attitude should never be accepted.



That's not about being spoilt, it's about expecting to see the team turn up to compete. Leeds didn't last night, and it probably says a lot about the state of the current Bradford team that we can turn in a display/effort that and still be in with a chance to win the game.

When did that happen?

we were sh-te. We lost. The end.

Its not the end though is it Bang , season ticket holders will be lost , occasional paying punters will be lost and oh just a thing about pride for those of us who have to listen to our workmates from Bradford going on about it for god knows how long . The other downside of course is a probable away semi in the play offs

I wasn't using the term leader for captain, don't worry.

There were plenty of players out there putting in the grunt and effort, they do not turn up and think oh well its raining and it's only Bradford so lets all toss it of for 80 minutes and then go to the pub.



The ball handling and conditions were poor not the worst ever by far. Our coach and senior players should have adapted their tactics a dam sight better then they did. It's boring but what is wrong in kicking the ball into the opposition 20 on the 2 or 3 tackle and making them bring it out into our defense. Force them into the errors in their 20 and then look to punish it. The lack of grubber kicks was amazing in the conditions. Also with the defense coming up "SO QUICK" why don't we ever use the chip kick, even if it does not work, so what it keeps the defenders wondering about the next set.



Over all this year we have had some entertaining games at Headingley and I for one will be renewing my season tickets. If you think we are playing crap then just cast your mind back to the mid 90's.



I agree with Bang, we were crap but still in with a chance of winning the shield, cup and grand final. Stop being so depressed.......
