I passed my test in 1983, and licence been clean all that time

Had parking tickets, for my stupid errors, not checking times etc, but never been caught for any driving offence.



Either I'm lucky or a good driver...I'd say the latter

To be fair I had a look tonight on way home and the cameras aren't exactly hidden!



But yeh, its a cheeky place to put it as like you say its legitimate enough that you'd cut across then to turn left.



And that Horsforth camera is in the 30 zone so its not exactly confusing

I got done for speeding last year ater 30 yrs driving, 58 in 50 zone on the M606. It was my fault, end of. There are >2,000 peple killed every year & 100,000 injured on our roads. The majority on urban roads. Perhaps we should just accept it.

You know your not allowed to do it. You got caught, face up to your actions, simples.

You know what you need to do? Sell your car and buy a bus.

Or a tractor. You'd still get the tickets but the dosh saved on insurance would cover numerous slow crawls in the bus lane.

Or do a 'Cliff Richard' and buy a bus
