As has been said, dropping JK would be harsh as he's done all asked of him since returning. He's got to be our best bench option given he can cover plenty of positions to such a high level.

As for Sutty, think we should persevere as there's a really good player in there somewhere - I know it's getting further & further away but that game away at Sts showed what he CAN do.

Resting Ablett sounds like a good option to me as we get nearer and nearer the games that really matter.

I agree, Ablett looks seriously in need of a game off to recharge his battery.

I'd leave keinhorst out easily. he's a good squad player. no more no less

A squad player, as you put it, but one in need of match fitness who could be valuable to us in future matches should we suffer injuries whereas Ablett looked absolutely kn*ckered against Wigan.

I would be inclined to give Cuthbertson a rest this week and Burrow from the bench could give Parcell some minutes off. I prefer Keinhorst in the centre to Sutcliffe if on the left side as the defence will be tighter.

Like you say Wakey deserve respect so I wouldn't go without Cuthbertson who can be a difference maker, however on the team I listed on the other page I was tempted to start Garbutt over him and use Cuthbertson off the bench for a bit of impact if needed and hopefully not have to get too many mins out of him.



Important game because I feel if we win this then we'll end up finishing 2nd as I fancy home victories vs Salford and Hull (cup final 5 days earlier) later on. Saints play Hull so one of nearest challengers are dropping points on Friday.
