I know you've copped a bit for saying this but I agree with you on this one, Mcshane has always struck me as being like a big kid ie if I dont get my own way Im not playing anymore. Maybe this attitude is costing him first team action becuase he's not putting the effort in training. Also Hood has come through a little quicker than he expected so he's not getting his own way with the 9 shirt.

I think it's very wrong of you to speculate on a player having an attitude problem, Especially when there's no evidence to support this.

I'm only speculating on what i've read and heard, why else then would you give a player the 9 shirt and a 4 year contract then not play/pick him. It does'nt make sense.

No, but he will have some say in who deserves a new contract and who doesn't surely. If he deems a player to be not good enough for whatever reason and tells Hethrington this, I doubt he would then go and offer that player a contract and vice versa.

It's not good to speculate if you know nothing of the situation, It doesn't do anybody involved any good.
