He was superb against Warrington, but is now looking at another few weeks off with an injury. Given his injury record in the NRL, was this a big mistake?

If he was our replacement for Gilly then yes. And in fact yes, based on his attendance record so far. I hope we got him on the cheap!

he's 23 for gods sake, if he was 30+ i'd be worried, but at his age, it's not a problem

Had suspicions over his fitness when he was signed, missed much of last year. An NRL player coming over at 23 makes you question and the season so far has confirmed my suspicions. Early days yet, but am a bit worried.

Yeah, if his injury record was okay I'd agree. But missing entire seasons seems to be becoming a habit.

looks like fa'alogo will also miss the game. shame. Seeing Sa and Fa'alogo on opposite sides would be worth the ticket money alone.

It was a great habit of Tommy Martyn. Did it make him a bad signing?

The problem with Soliola is the very nature of his crash, bang wallop approach increases the risk of him getting injured. Big hits in defence knock the stuffing out of an opponent and look great. But often there's a cost to the defender. Sonny Bill Williams springs instantly to mind.

True, but it always seems to be his legs that are the problem. And in training too. He's forever 'pulling up'.

Our training strikes again. Players injured in training added on to all these muscle injuries. Same last year aswell. What a coincidence Apollo is no longer around.
