I heard you the 4th time. I've missed about 11 Saints games in 25 years. My commitment to the cause is unquestionable. My posts on here are tongue in cheek, often exagerrated and part of my own way of dealing with the stress of top level sports.

I thought saints played some pretty good rugby at times tonight with strike players like gidley, meli and pryce out. Those three along with eastmond are our best attacking players, so not bad to put 41 points on the champs.



Maybe potter did his homework and thought leeds are weak around the lay the ball?



Anyhow brian, it's whole lot better than scoring off kicks to the wings.



I think that performance tonight was very impressive with such a young side out, wigan should maybe watch the tape and see how to play with few players out injured.

Quins scored some superb tries last night by moving the ball around, no complaints from me.



What I'm complaining about is the call for "speeding up the play the ball" yet completely ignoring the fact that the ball is not being played correctly.



As you know it's something I have commented on for a long time, and not just about Saints.



Whilst I've got my moaning head on I see we had another referee who tonight decide to even the penalty count up when the game was already decided.



That's happening far too often in the game as a whole. Again feel free to disagree.

I agree, the play the ball in super league is a complete mess. I think the likes of brown at hudds and your coach are two of the biggest reasons for this imo.



The quick play the ball and runnibg from dunny half just don't happen off the cuff, it's worked on un training and the likes of roby, higham have made it a art form

but would you not also agree that a lot of the scoots come from an incorrect (according to the rules) play the ball.

The scooting dummy half can take poor defensive teams apart though. Some play the balls are incorrect but would you also agree that hudds and wigan slow the game down so much it is spoiling the sport ? Super league is not so great to watch anymore, its like watching two players lay on someone with the ball for 80 mins.



I don't think it's a secret that wigan and hudds slow the game down to be on a level par with the likes of saints.
