Wilkin had a decent game tonight. He was the most affected by the defeat and at least got stuck in.

He's rubbish mate.

No he's not. He was better than the likes of Lomax, Flannery, Gidley, Wellens, Roby, Cunningham (Who was awful), Hargreaves, Soliola (Who cost us the game) etc.



There are more areas in the team to pick at before you get to Wilkin's ability levels. We need a fullback, two wingers, a centre and a scrum half in particular...

He is a ok player but he will be on a good wedge and is no better than the likes of dixon, ashurst, clough and magennis.



He's a grafter and nothing more.

Old slipper boy hasn't done enough to ever be first choice on the team sheet

Thought he was chronic tonight. No pace, no ideas.



There were two worse players than him tonight though:

1. Flannery. Got to be the slowest player on the pitch when the goons scored their third try he had made a tackle but couldn't be arrised getting up - he just stayed on the floor while the rest of the team were trying to get the defensive line sorted.Then they scored.

2. Meli "am I playng centre or wing? sod it I'll do something in between instead" followed by "who was that going past me"



Back to wilkin. He only got a bit better when he lost the plot over silverfool's increasingly bizarre decisions.

That about sums it up!

He's looked like Mr Average all year IMO.

He's not a Stand Off or Loose Forward.



He's an average 2nd rower, one that every team needs. Although of late, JW seems to be getting the attention of the referees.
