I believe it really caught on in union under Clive Woodward, who had quite a big team if coaches as had more of a managers role than coach. To do it the manager has to have trust in his coaches, and delegate the authority down to them. I don't believe that sort of system exists yet in rl, or in the mindset of rl coaches. maybe someone like rush could set it in place. |

we have brought in a physio from munster to replace and chris thorman to replace lolesi.
did nathan brown go for the west tigers job? one report i read is that potter beat him to the post |

He turned a interview down with wests he on a fortune at saints which makes him one of the highest paid coaches in rugby league if not the highest |

Check out his profile on LinkedIn. He was at the academy from Nov 2003 to Jan 2009. He can't be that bad.
