Indeed - they might as well have chanted "Your fans over the years have beaten us down, gotten under our skins and given us an inferiority complex that we'll never be to able to shake off" instead. It just demonstrates the deep-seated trauma that they are all labouring with and only years of sustained success will help cure them of it I reckon - I think there may be jumpers from the top tier at O/T next week if Leeds win. Wire have been bad for so long and I can honestly say even now I'm never fully confident in our team even though we can turn it on and play so well, we can also turn it off which is when our only problem... And I have no beef with our team being reffered to as W@nky Wire, it's part of the banter and does make me chuckle





I personally don't mind it however us singing 'Oh W@nky, w@nky! w@nky! w@nky! w@nky! w@nky! Warrington!' is the chant that you hear more often than not. and you can't call us for that as we didn't come up with it
