So they aren't waiting to see how much we repay to any creditors and factoring that into the deduction (up or down) as they did for Crusaders and Wakefield? Did they change the rules or is this just the usual lack of any consistancy?

As they've seen the written offer then they'll how much debt is due to be payed. I'm guessing not much hence the six points. |

I'd say it points toward the offer under consideration involving a newco, rather than a CVA.
Typical RFL though, why do this now without explanation? Other than for the sake of being seen to be doing something.
