Assuming ferguson is a done deal and donaldson being retained , which both seem likely, and were unlikely to get a third hooker (convoy added to 1st team squad so he'd be emergency backup.) then I think we need as a minimum 2 props and 1 more 2nd row. On top of those position we need a replacement for lulia and at least one utility back assuming no more departures.'"
Hopefully we can add Langley to the above list. |

Carvell, Ferguson + 'two more props and 1 more 2nd row' = 5 so we're in agreement. We certainly need to replace Lulia and hopefully keep Blythe. |

Ferguson has always been a good player, lost his form temporarily last season but is in great nick at the moment. No disrespect but I'm sure he would have the choice of a number of top clubs if he was to leave Hudds. I can't believe some of the rubbish posted about him on this thread.
