Great we'll go out and sign 17 dwayne chambers. wont lose a game then. There has to be a balance, pace alone wont win games. you need pace, power and skill in modern game. |

Of course you need skill,that goes without saying.But,if you have a team with no pace on hard summer grounds you are an also ran.

When we played them away we were in the game for 70 mins. It was only at the death they scored 2 or 3 tries. and each time they scored it was off the back of an error.
We need that same defence and spirit that we took to their place.
Odsal is a far bigger pitch than the Halliwell jones. We need to keep Highham & Monaghan (J) in check. If we do that we will have a great chance.

Plus Myler and Ratchford.
A larger pitch favours the team with pace to burn all through the side imo.
We'll see though,stranger things have happened. |
