If it is the case that there's no actual financial issues and players were paid on time, I don't get why a simple tweet quoting Danny Lockwood to say "Only part about Ferres true" wouldn't go out. Very very easily cleared up and denied, then intelligent people can stop discussing it and just leave the pessimistic to disbelieve them.

If it transpires that all the rumours are in fact true and the club is indeed on the brink or yet another administration then I have to admit that I'd be very impressed with Mr. Green's big brass ones after releasing last weeks statement, especially in the manner that it was delivered.

Cant say Im disappointed with ferres leaving. The reasons we didn't go up last year and the failure this year, and it is a complete and utter failure for a full time team to finish below 2 part time teams on a fraction on our budget - that's not being disrespectful to two fantastic teams who deservedly beat us, it just highlights our homemade failings on so many levels for so many years. The failures stem from the people in charge of recruitment and squad management throughout 2015 and the pre season 2016. Both are now gone, I'd have sacked Lowes after last seasons MPG fiasco.



As for the other money troubles, I suspect we are shorter on cash than was forecast due to the rubbish season, which has led to lower than expected gates and prize money. As to if this will lead to anything more dramatic I have no idea like most of us, I'll just wait for the next corner on the rollercoaster and react when there are some more facts to read.



A statement should be coming from the club today if Ferres has gone, so we'll see what messers Duffy/Paul/Green have to say first.

Well, in light of what has gone on at the club over the last few years then, yes, if the rumours suggest the same then the club have to come out and deny it if it is completely untrue. I think, as fans, we deserve to be told.



Bradford Bulls have been alienating and deliberately misinforming their fans for years now. Whilst, till now, people could blame the "previous regime" I think that it is quite important that the current incumbents ensure that they do not go down the same road.



I heard Green on BCB talking about the fans who are now staying away. He seemed to suggest that it was the fault of the "glory hunters". Whilst this may well be partly true, the club has to take the responsibility for the actions it has have over the years that will have driven some of the more loyal ones away too.



We are an utter shambles of a club and nobody seems to want to do anything that may make us believe that there is a future.
