Sad day, hang on in there guys.

Horrible to see this happening, many people say that this is what happens through bad financial management, but the Fans, players and staff do not deserve this and you have my sincere sympathies, I know too well what you're going through. And I hope the RL family come together in this bad time.

As a Wigan fan, I am gutted for you, your team showed some real heart on Friday and it is tragic that such an important club and its employee's and fans should have to go through this.



BUT.. far from the fat lady singing and gates being welded shut, this may just be the start of somthing, if the club can be bought for little money, I feel sure that they will continue and start to build again to get back to where you all belong, top four ( just behind us, obviousley

)

I'm utterly appalled on your behalf. I cannot imagine how hard this must be for the players/staff/fans

If, as rumours suggest, Potter gets stiffed and Nobby comes in - that is atrociously bad form.

Not if Nobby is willing to work for next to nowt!

Depends, would Potter have been willing to do the same to see the club through to potential new investment? Is this just a ruse to get the coaching set-up the new investor wants?



I'm sure it will all come out eventually.

I hope that the next 48 hours brings us good news as i feel this is now critical,having gone through this experiance at my works we were all transfered to the new company through TUPE agreement,hope this happens with Mick Potter and the rest of the lads.



One thing that annoys me in all of this is the complete silence by the RFL or am i just nieve.

Gutted for you; your team, and your fans, were great on Friday. Really hope that wasn't your last game.

I know that my knowledge of employment law is poor at best, but isn't it a POSITION that becomes redundant, not a person? If that's the case, then how can they bring anyone in to coach under the current circumstances?

With ground maintenance and gate staff also gone..is VP on the cards to complete the season?

Potter, Duffy, Duckett, all coaching staff, ticketing staff, shop are all redundant.

Seems unlikely BG will go to tonight's meeting.



So we have some players left. But no one to coach or train them. There's no one to cut the pitch or paint the lines for Sunday, no one doing kit or boots.



It's a crock

They can't employ someone else to coach the team, someone doing it for nothing while the club is in admin is a different matter.
