With him being at York before he went to Toronto (and then loaned to us) I think he, not unnaturally, felt more attachment to the York club and wasn't really happy at Odsal for that reason. Not sure but I think he later went back to York on loan? or, importantly for him with his York attachment, at least to a club which wasn't us.

Yeah he went season long as we got Laithwaite when they were clearing decks a touch |
