Hi all as you can tell be the title of the above thread I haven't received my tickets for the above game having booked them in July.



When I rang the RFL 4 weeks ago as they weren't included in with my other tickets I was told they had been printed and to call them back if they had not come the week before the game.



Two weeks ago i got this survey from the RFL

It effectively asked had I got the tickets yet. I have had this for no other game.



My simple question is how many others are in this position (i.e no tickets) ? People who have purchased in the past month seem to have received theirs.



I'm asking because I want to know if this is a big issue or just an unfortunate lost in the post problem.

Mine also haven't arrived, as I know of a few others too.

I'm in Kilner Bank area 4. Where are yours for.

I've not had mine after ordering them in July,

Again do you know what section they were for. I'm wondering if a whole section has gone missing or if it's a more random issue.

I rang them today and the girl on customer service said they have had a bit of a mare with the tickets for this one, and that she would get mine re-printed and sent. I'd ring up if I were you as I didn't get the impression that they would have sorted it out if I hadn't rang. Standard RFL!

I'm in KB4 and they haven't arrived yet.



There are a few going in our office, sat around the ground, who haven't got their either.

On a positive note, any empty seats on show at this sellout fixture may now be conveniently explained away.

We're in one of the blocks behind the posts (one that away fans sit in for Giants games).



It sounds like they've messed up big time. I just hope they haven't double sold seats.

On a less positive note why don't you read the title of the thread and leave the banal drivel for other threads.

I've received 24000 tickets in the post this morning, and I didn't order any!

Spent most of today trying to get through to ask about my tickets for the Ireland match and guess what they put you on hold and then cut you off after about 5 mins. Another RFL shambles ???

Beginning to wish I hadn't bothered now.
