Apart from everyone else he thought it was a try, and I know the rules just fine, same old keyboard warriors who just pretend their superior.

Refs, again? FFS!!! What was the problem. Most of the calls apart from 2 or 3 were correct IMO. Refs (like players and coaches) will make mistakes. Like the players, they have good games and bad games. Do you think the players and coaches go into Training on Monday analysing refereeing decisions or do you think they look at how they can improve their performance? I honestly couldn't give a about the refs, and frankly I think the media, and the fans pay far too much attention to them.

I thought Bentham did a decent job in what was a very poor, fragmented game. Both teams were infringing constantly but he let the game flow the best he could and didn't make any real obvious howlers.



The video ref decisions on the other hand were rubbish. You can excuse the refs of pretty much anything because they get one look and have to make a decision. But how the video refs keep coming up with these calls is beyond me. If it was up to me I would do away with them tbh.

I agree.but this is what happens when all the sky commentary team go on about is every little decision and even have an ex ref in there to drag the debate out.



I thought Ganson did ok it was a tough game to ref.if the players took on board what he was saying to them it wouldn't have gone the way it did.

I agree, they have 5 people commentating on the game, the 2 main commentators don't know the most basic rules and the only person whom offers any analysis of the play (Carney) is drowned out because Cummins his having to explain every single decision. I actually find it very patronising as a viewer.

I'd find another guy to do the Eddie role (ie commentating on the game), have Carney as the summariser giving a bit of insight on the game, and Jon Wells doing the stats and analysis with the screen. Bill Arthur is fine doing his injury updates and dressing room stuff. The rest need binning asap.

You couldn't really fault Ganson in all truth. What did you make of Bentham?
