Plus, Glasgow is miles away from Hull, so clearly this non existant SL quality player would not be able to relocate to such distant climes, and we all know that the Scottish hate the English. Is it April 1st already? |

Precisely.
If Scotland did have a SL club, we would have the usual commentators coming out saying "This only happened because of the SL club" right about now. |

He's done pretty well this far considering he only started playing rugby at 14!
Scottish RL is a bit of a mess at adult level but I hear good things about their junior set-up, particularly in the Glasgow area. |

It is a positive thing but at the moment all the positive stories are about junior development. Doubtless the adult game will take off at some point but it is behind the rest of Britain (4 nations notwithstanding). |
