from reading the articles and obviously no one has read the emails the club sent i think he was in the right, i don't like Keith Mason as a player or person but there is no doubt he was pushed out for no reason and if this was danny brough your club wouldn't have said a peep about it.



Also there is no way kopzack is only earning 55k and fielden is on 45k... just shows how stup the cap really is if they believe figures like that.

Wasn't much of the £300k something to do with him being owed a testimonal at the end of his contract? If so, I don't believe that those costs would be part of any salary cap calculations - unless I've missed something?

He quoted £60k as earning from his testimonial. He suggested these would be that high as Mickey Rourke and Joe Calzagi were offering to organise events.



The most interesting part is the T&A have reported that, under oath, Thewlis said that Kopzcak agreed a deal with the Giants on 8th August. Before he refused the TUPE on 6th September...

a lot more than 55k for kopzack easy, one of the games best young forwards and stood up well against the Aussies. fielden maybe but still don't believe he would be only earning 44k he might as well retire.
