Quote Offside Monkey="Offside Monkey"Rubbish idea. I already think that the interchange rules have made a forwards workload easier - I'm of the though thought that stamina and resiliance should be rewarded, instead of allowing people like Feka to steal a living.
4 subs, 6 interchanges, two halfs, 40 minutes each - that's what I say.'"
Fully agree. RL isn't just about the best tacklers or runners - it's also about how players raise themselves when things are getting tough; when you've a few lads injured and playing out of position and the opposition still have their fresh subs and are running hard.
Without harking on about wendyball, they have TEN subs at the World Cup. TEN??? There's only eleven on the bloody pitch!!
The Aussies already go to a quick ad break when kickers are preparing conversions, if we must go down that route that's an option.
And if we cut game time to 60 minutes (fecking awful idea), will we also cut player wages and admission prices by 25%?
