It was tweeted by the England_RL account and mentions England_RL, i think it will be a joint announcement for England, Aus and/or NZ
Cant imagine why Halifax joining SL would break as news during the night with an announcement needing to be made at 6am |

Could the England announcement be the team for next week and the other one be that Bradford will enter admin and have their licence revoked with Fax coming up for next season?
Maybe the RFL have some sort of embargo on the press until their own press release? (Is that possible?)
