| The following message was posted on the RLWC website last Thursday (hope it's true as we haven't got ours either):
It has come to our attention that a small number of people who have already purchased tickets for the England v Ireland game at Huddersfield, have not yet received their tickets.
We investigated the issue with our partners Ticketmaster and it became clear that a technical error occurred during the printing process and a limited number of tickets did not physically print.
We have resolved this issue and we have now printed those tickets. We are currently in the process of posting them to customers to ensure that they arrive in good time before the event on the November 2.

| There have definitely being issues with tickets not being printed even though they have alledgedly already being sent out. I suspect this isn't an rfl issue but is a ticketmaster problem. | Go through to them on the usual number 0844 856 1113 (not the world cup one). they agreed to reprint tickets. Not convinced they had already reprinted mine.
Impossible to get through on the world cup one and took 48 mins on this.
If the tickets don't come I think we all hold zero chance of getting through next week.

| Finally got through (tried most of the day to get through) and got told mine should have been printed off and posted, but added they'd had some problems and should I not receive the tickets before next tues/weds then phone them again and they'll issue me with some more.

I've had three different pieces of contact with two varying responses and misinformation about who exactly is responsible.
It is absolute abysmal.

Like others, had the confirmation email, and after asking why I hadn't received ours when people who had bought them since had got theirs, a further email to say if not received by 5 days prior to game, ring them....this is too close as far as I am concerned.
Since I saw the news that there had been a problem with ticketmaster I have been trying to find out what is happening. What if they have sold them twice? Even if they print again, I don't fancy the very embarrassing situation of finding someone in my seats.
I am not sure whether our tickets are involved in the tickemaster problem...you would think that the organisers would know who was affected if they have identified that there has been a problem. Therefore, they should have emailed those affected....at the moment I have no clue what is happening and I cannot get a reply to emails now, and when I phone I cannot get through.
I am also reading that some people are receiving other peoples tickets....not all will be kind enough to forward them/ return them
Having drummed up support for the game and been a very positive promoter of the whole RLWC2013 - I feel very sad that I am now forced to look more like a sad old moaner.

| Ordered various tickets for several games on 6th August and they all materialised a couple of weeks later, printed off in one line. I thought they were all there but double-checked over the weekend and, yes, the Hudds ones (in the away end) are missing
Going to have to brave the RFL ticketline tomorrow.

| Ordered mine 27/10/12, no sign of them yet despite all the others arriving together in September - rang at the time and was told they were being "printed separately", which sounded suspicious at the time - I will be ringing the ticket line tomorrow as that was clearly nonsense.

| The ridiculous thing is that of all the venues that should have posed a challenge for the RFL / RLWC / Ticketmaster, Huddersfield is pretty much at the bottom of the list.
This is a venue that hosts semi-finals almost every year and which has hosted more than enough internationals, WCCs and other RFL events. If they can't get ticketing right for Huddersfield, I dread to think how they've got on at somewhere like Bristol or The Knoll.
