Why are we the worst fans?

At last years final I found myself amidst 50+ drunken Leeds fans, all dressed as Jimmy Savile, who started fighting among themselves in the second half. Apart from being rubbish at fighting they just show most clubs have a moron element, not just Hull FC.

It's Wigan's fault.

From the Wigan end we saw no trouble in the stadium at all. In fact I remarked that it was the first time in about 10 years that this was the case

This will always happen when you get fans who go for the up, I can assure you the next game these idiots go to will probably the next final we get to.



However I dont see what good posting this type of thread does, all it does is give ammo to have a go at the good FC fans who support the club through thick n thin. Maybe you should report what you saw to the relevant authorities and not people on a rugby forum. Which would be more productive.

So basically your saying discussing anything on here is pointless as anything anyone says would br better said to the player club referee RFL or whoever and not discussed on a forim. Very strange logic there.



For the record I did not see anything at the game to warrent this diacussion but if others did I see no problem with them posting about it.

The fans fighting in the ground were in the upper tear, in the corner furthest from the Royal Box. There were about 15 of them fighting and the stewards came in to deal with them they didn't even eject anyone. I did report the coin throwing to a steward, they effectively shrugged their shoulders. That said whilst the poor stewarding operation contributed to the situation other Hull fans need to challenge the behaviour of those wearing your colours.



A friend of mine was on the train back north yesterday night. A large group of Hull fans were fighting and were arrested by BTP.



If this behaviour keeps happening we'll end up being policed like football fans, which will be a real shame.

I was in the Hull end as a neutral also and like others have said I didn't notice anything at all.
