KCOM holds 25k, so we'd struggle hitting 30k, but rather than focusing on that, I think his point was more that Hull as a club have been chronic underachievers for years, and can a top coach be the catalyst to waking up a sleeping giant and the club can reach it's full potential.

It actually aounded to me like Radford was more than ready to walk after that display. As if that was the straw that broke his back. Pearson said something to the effect of "Lee doesn't suffer fools lightly" and that gave the impression that after that tripe served up by his side he was personally done with the job and probably told Pearson afterward that he was off.

Radford's been past his sell by date at hull for about 2 seasons. Right decision, wrong way of doing it. They should have parted company at the end of last season, then used the pre-season to rebuild abit. They have a talented squad but there's a soft side and chronic inconsistency, those problems aren't quick fixes as they're cultural, that's the problem. If your squad lacks specific attributes like size, pace or creativity etc you can sign a player to fill the hole, or spend time developing the players. But when the problem is something less tangible, it's a harder fix.

If Hull can entice Watson over there it will kill off Salford
