Fans do this as 4 games in one day is over kill. If your team plays and loses the penultimate game I doubt there would be many who think "oh well never mind, at least there's another game I'm not that bothered about next"

Last year the Sunday matches only started from 3pm, both days starting matches from 12.30pm this year should be better for fans.

4 games is OK as you can dip in & out. It's backing up on the Sunday that's the killer.

I heard some absolute horror stories from people trying to get back from the RLWC final.



First Transpennine's response was to blame the RLWC for holding an event in Manchester, rather than focus on their own failure to make provisions for an event that was planned more than 12 months prior. Presumably, by their logic, if the event was in another city that they didn't serve, they wouldn't have left people stranded at Picadilly until the early hours of Sunday morning.

I would take the Hull/KR game out the equation this year, Granted alot of Rovers and Hull fans will still attend but the fact it kicks off at 17:00 with Hull City in the FA Cup final also conveniently kicking off at 17:00 will IMO knock alot of potential supporters off the gate. Hull City reaching the FA Cup final could possibly only happen once in a lifetime whilst where treated to three sometimes four derbies a year.
