True. I know he needs time to settle in at KR it is still early days but I wasn't that impressed with him last night. He didn't do anything special by any means. In fact he was a big dissappointment. |

he just looked like a journeyman forward, trundling the ball in and making the tackles he had to. If I was a Hull KR fan, I would be expecting a lot more from (probably) the highest paid player in the competition. |

Having said that I haven't rated him for 4 years so I'm not surprised!

When you are playing in a team of "I can't be bothered" type players it rubs off! I wasn't impressed with Patten early season but he seems to have found his feet now that Salford have found their feet. Maybe when Dobson, Vella and Newton return we will see the best of Mason...I hope so anyway!

I think I remember Dennis Moran flying in from Sydney in the morning and playing for London Broncos in the afternoon.
And a few years ago Stacey Jones spent more time flying than he did on the ground and still played like the legend that he was.
And didn't Jarrod badly tattooed pirate boy whatever his name is do the same thing for his first game for Crusaders? |
