That would give the RFL/RLEF £4.5 million ish to assist london and the two new french clubs with there development for 3 or 5 years,after that they're on there own, and the money then goes towards assisting new franchises from any new areas that come forward.

just so people don't get me wrong i would love for all the clubs in super league to be profitable and competing but they just aren't and the longer it goes on the longer it will take to fix.

Don't forget to retain the Top 8 play-off system in a 10 team SL comp. It's important to maintain the interest and intensity of all SL clubs throughout the regular season.

It was never my intention to waste 6 weeks on these forums while there was a RLWC tournament on my doorstep to attend.



I suspect my next attendance fix at pro-level will be down under in 2014. It won't be Super League, that's for sure.

I agree about Koucash but he needs to deliver before he should be trusted,if they grow off and on the field between now and 2016 ,then make SLE an 11 team comp.



HKR arent needed.What is needed in that region is a school of excellence and 20k plus packed in the KC every other week.bradford arent needed for the same reason with regards to leeds & huddersfield

Its not ten full time teams it would be 20 over two divisions with p&r

SL2 would get access to about £600k with diluting SL1 or any extra Sky/TV income, and consist of bottom 4 current SL, 5 Championship and Toulouse. Min standards of ground must apply ie be fit for SL, and a min salary spend of £1m to a max of 50%

It would if we had anywhere near 20 clubs capable of being SL clubs. But we don’t, so the 2nd tier would just become a rebranded championship and the 4 teams demoted from SL would fall to the level of the 6 they join.
