This is exactly what I was getting at about it being so hard for refs. You & I see the same event completely different as I’m sure refs do; so where do we (as a game) go from here?

On a side note, losing seriously effects your viewpoint & I speak from recent experience as I think Milner should have been awarded a penalty against Hudds rather than being sin-binned!

He is tackled flat on his back and puts his legs forward, towards the Wakefield line, to regain his feet. Lyne was in front of him (in front of where the PTB should be), but ended up behind him, solely because of the way he got up, ahead of where he was tackled.

On a serious note mate; I think wakey will have a good season, beat Cas at belle Vue later in the year & I wouldn’t be surprised if you finish above us & make a final.

I'll take that, but not overly confident - the league seems intensely competitive this season.

Went to script imho. Wakey didn’t start playing until the 30 minute mark, Cas played from minute one, it was that simple.



If we had we would probably have won but most losing teams can say that. Ref was averagely bad but didn’t alter the result imo. As Chester said we simply didn’t deserve to win whilst Cas did, they earned it and I don’t resent them getting the two points.



Hopefully we will learn and perhaps Cas will get complacent, that’s normally how these hoodoos end.



Despite the nonesense spouted by the Saints troll AS whatever this is a brilliantly close SL, Saints in particular were very fortunate to get two points at BV as were Warrington to a lesser degree. I can easily see this season ending with neither of them winning a trophy then finally the negative trolls will get lost, we can live in hope.

What is factually incorrect about what he is saying?

Everything, Warrington and Saints aren’t miles ahead, certainly not where a full strength Wakefield and Cas are concerned. You and your rather obvious alter ego said the same thing last year and when it mattered Saints in particular choked, twice, which was utterly hilarious.



You do remember it was an un-fancied Wigan and Catalan who won the prizes, Saints won a hub cap.

Good thing about play offs is it doesn't matter if Saints are best team by a mile. Any team can bottle it over 80 minutes which Saints seem to do of late. Like Cas did at OT after bossing pretty much everyone all year....
