I'm of the opinion pre salary cap achievement and post are 2 totally different things( not that those pies would have a word of it). Pre cap Pies, Saints Widnes/Leeds. Post cap Leeds, Saints, Bradford.

Currently it has to be Wigan, Leeds and Wire. Historically you could put Saints or Bulls in place of Wire. (SL years only).
Going back more years it could be any number of clubs.
