Luckily with my job I have been to Oz numerous times.

Last visit I flew Thursday 2am and got back in the UK 7pm Thursday night.

Problem is your brain is like mush when you arrive and there is no way you would be OK to even think about doing any form of work the next day.

I would prefer him to get over and settle in to the job, see whats what and then have the correct preparation for his first game in charge.

Correct PR. He'll be a mess for a couple of days at least. That said, if he's due to arrive on Monday, he's most probably stopping off in Hong Kong/Singapore/Bangkok/Dubai en route and should recover fairly quickly when he eventually arrives.

I must say after the despair of the opening few games of the season, I'm absolutely made up that we are going to Hull tonight with a chance of not only going above them, but also going level on points with Cas. To be in the play off race after the turbulent season we've had off the field is a massive credit to both the players and (especially imo) Phil Vievers, who has handled himself with the upmost dignity, as well as restoring confidence in the side and fans.



Lets hope the foundations he has laid for Matt enable him to hit the ground running and make this a special season. We can do it!

A mate of mine has just been down to the club shop and he said Parrish was in there so it appears he has arrived.

I see matt parrish is haveing a flying visit at hull is there a reason for why he is needing a flying vist when he is takeing over as coach anyway. It was in evening news
