It's Oldham Athletic

I don't want to alarm anybody but didn't the Doctor say in an interview only 3 months ago that he used to follow Liverpool but fell out of love with football?

He says a lot of things.

I am not familiar with Boundary Park,home of Oldham FC other than a hardy soul informed me that it was very cold there.

If the purchase is to develop the stadium and the surround I do still hope that the gentleman named at the Forever Reds meeting,recently,is still solely tasked with all things Salford Red Devils and isn't distracted by having to give his attention elsewhere.

The job required at Salford is going to be 24/7.

That stated,I am beginning to think some people can manage on the limited sleep that Lady Thatcher allowed herself.

It's Coventry City, after all they are looking for somewhere to play next season.

And our stadium is closer to Coventry than the Ricoh.

Any updates ? As some on the soccer forum suggest,they may be coming to Barton.

I heard that Coventry city were merging with Halifax town . the stadium would be the RICOHSHAY stadium

It would be a disaster for Latics to play outside Oldham, surely?

As long as he doesn't "rule" like her, we'll be fine.



I'd be very uncomfortable with him moving Oldham to Barton. Or, indeed, any other club, Salford City FC included. We'll see what happens.

As per my earlier post hope the business development manager is 100% with Salford and another appointment is made for Oldham.

Oldham wont be moving to Barton, it isnt Marwans style. Also they have only recently had planning permission granted for a new all singing and dancing North Stand.
