Season tickets should be either a membership or a full ticket. There is no need to quote a membership price for full tickets, just list the price as £180
Lets hope the release of info is simple & straight forward

Those who are still paying the £15 per month by DD are if I remember right will just continue to pay that next season. If the new owners change things will the people who have paid this (or those who paid the 5 yr option up front) get a refund and then pay the same as everyone else?.
Think this is where we see the folly of the throw a six to start membership gubbins last season, make it pure and simple next time please.

You are correct that the original direct debit paperwork said that they continue until they are cancelled, however I noticed something on facebook the other day where the club said that direct debits will stop after 12 months. Maybe the whole thing is being ditched. |

If that's the case what's to stop everyone stopping now?
Just a little uneasy continually paying without any form of cast iron gaurantee of exactly what I'll be paying to watch next season. That said at the moment paying £15 a month seems like the least I can do to try and help out. |

Wasn't the whole membership/ticket thing a device to "manage" VAT?
Membership fees don't attract VAT while ticket prices do!
So if the whole season ticket price is set at a single cost of £180 then only £150 goes to the club - £30 in VAT to the government.
Make the Membership £100 and the ticket £80, then £166.67 goes to the club and £13.33 in VAT to the government.
Either way the charge to the fan is the same.
Mind you I think that was the scheme (or something like it) that sank Bradford!!

Initial membership period is 12 months, after which your membership is a rolling monthly contract until you notify us that you wish to cancel. You must give 14 days notice in writing. If you wish to rejoin within six months of cancellation you will be subject to a rejoining fee (calculated at 6 months x membership fee).
If you cancel your membership at any point during the Season your Match Pass will be cancelled. Match Passes and Memberships are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances, which will be assessed by the club on an individual basis.
All members first Direct Debit payment will be taken on 3rd January 2012 and reoccur on the same day of each following month unless you cancel. Any change in payment date/amount will be notified in writing.

Yeah, I'm aware of that. But the club did reply to someone a couple of days ago on facebook to say their direct debit would stop after 12 months. Possibly a change in how they do memberships/season tickets. |

The membership scheme was good idea but I stopped mine as one we don't know weather we will get out and the other is state of club. As if we go in to administration we will not be guaranteed what we are paying for and go towards debt. And to be honest won't be renewing any more as this club never answer emails asking about membership. So why should we bother there not interested in fans only them self. And I won't waste my money anymore
