Whether you like it or not, the whole Koukash/Salford 'project' is this season's big story, so its inevitable that RL fans will take an interest in what is happening at your club and will obviously try to interject with some 'views-from-the-outside' - Obviously, some will come across as pure conjecture, but isn't that the norm on any internet forum??....However much you Salford fans think Koukash is keeping you all in the know, the likelihood is you probably know as much as those who you accuse of idle gossip.



Personally, I think this particular thread has been a decent debate and most of the views have been perfectly valid.... I actually think its interesting to read the views from all angles, and for us Warrington fans, your situation is a particularly interesting one because its fair to say we went through the process of what is happening with you, with the exception that Mr Koukash seems intent on putting most things publicly on the line, whereas Simon Moran preferred the role of the quiet investor.

...and interestingly dita's slot, it was a concerned wire fan that started off this topic debate!

As a RL fan, I'm feel embarrassed by the Docs latest tweet aimed at Dennis Betts...



"Some coaches need to improve their attitude 'by a million miles' and show more respect to other clubs' players. Mate, enjoy your glory"

Wonder what had gone on?

I dunno but after all he tweets through a telephone so why does he not just make it personal instead,?

Denis Betts made a comment to the press after the game saying he thought Widnes were a million miles better than Salford. It seems the Doc has taken offence and thinks it's bad sportsmanship.

I'm not a fan of Twitter on any level so I don't think anyone with a brain should use it.



I can only imagine if the Doc has made a comment like that there has something gone on to merit his comment.

The result would suggest Betts wasn't out of line saying it, I thought he had thicker skin than that?

It was Denis Betts comment that even if Meli had scored the try right near the end that would have tied the game he said Tommy Lee wouldnt have converted the try anyway.

Tommy Lee isn't a regular goal kicker and it's highly unlikely he would have nailed it from the touchline, going off his previous attempts. I think Betts was just being honest rather than disrespectful.
