It boils down to only two sets of possibilities: experienced, know the game inside out, never made a mistake, can analyse and evaluate a playing style in micro seconds, always right:

either Davies and Hunter-Paul

or Hemmings and Stephenson

Having time to reflect the past 36 hours i think an good quality proven coach really wouldnt want the role.Therefore i think the Salford job is split into 4 catagories.

1, a coach coming to the end of his career .(Noble,Kear,)

2,an upper coming young coach using it as a stepping stone,(Harris.)

3.Or an assistant already with the club (Vievers)

4,a coach whose skint and out of a job who needs a challenge.(B.Mclennan.)



Imo the latter would suit me hes a proven winner.aswell as striking up great team spirit within his surroundings.
