| I forgot to add, not only have we "apparantly" sold more than in the last 10 years but also more than the centenary season which I believe was our best for some time.

Having read some of the earlier comments,and with previous experience,I am some way between the Semmelweis reflex and SNAFU scenario until I get my hands on the season pass/card and tickets for the international games.
It's great for the roller-coaster of emotions,this club.

Ive read the posts on season tickets and the problems in purchasing over the phone but I went online www.ticketline.co.uk it took minutes from start of process to the checkout .. thats full payment just noticed you have to phone for Direct Debit payments

| I renewed my season ticket a couple of weeks ago by phone and the people that I dealt with were friendly and efficient, however getting thought to the ticket office wasn't straight forward!
I called 0161 820 2738 as instructed on the club's website and then found that there isn't an option to buy tickets, so I chose the club shop option. My call was then transferred to the ticket office and renewal was easy once I'd got through to the ticket office and within minutes I'd received an email confirmation of the renewal.
I've emailed the club to suggest that either the website news page for 'Red Devilution Season Tickets On Sale' is update with the direct phone number for the ticket office or an option for ticket purchases is added to the phone system

| Like a few other people, I thought the process was really easy. I went down to the ground last night, told reception I was interested in buying season tickets and they called Andrew Bentham down. I purchased two tickets in the corporate section of west stand & Andrew took me up to the seats to show me the ones which were available.
I honestly can't wait for next year, it'll be great going to the ground knowing we'll be able to compete with some of the best teams in the league.

| Andrew is really helpful and totally committed to the role he has.
There are still problems with the promotional emails,though,when it offers you the opportunity to amend your details. I tried to and it linked me to some other guys profile and address.
Calls to the club rang out for 5 minutes and would probably be ringing out now !
This ain't his fault but the Doctor needs to be aware that ,for the club to succeed ,it needs to get everything right and his troops,though doubtless committed,are still making basic errors.
Only as good as the weakest link in the chain.
For the avoidance of doubt,this is intended to be constructive criticism to sharpen up the back office.
