Personally, I'd prefer a bit more hard nosed w*nker Alan Sugar-isms from the directors. I don't want to see you hobnobbing with fans, I want you holding the coaches and staff to account.
I wouldn't have dared to say this but I must admit I am coming to the conclusion our problems must stem right from our exec leadership (board of directors and chairman), everything flows from that. Its the only ever present. And it ties in with our sprial of demise after Gatcliffe left.
I think they like the day out at wembley and the big vanity signings (players and now coaches), vanity events (Vegas) but that's about it. They are not desperate to win a GF and neither is anyone else below them with the exception of the fans.
