Last I was aware it was Mav who was the big cheese, but that may have changed, his 0 post count seems to suggest that. Seems SBR is the head honcho now
Costs are things like the hosting servers (and upgrading of), domain name (which may have to be renewed annually, or biannually, or tri-, etc.)
As far as I'm aware the hierarchy is based in this order;
1. Head admin/owner (Used to be Mav, seems now to be SBR)
2. Admin (Southstander, etc)
3. Forum chief moderator (usually the owner of the sub-site, such as Geordie on here)
4. Forum moderators (SEB, Catp1ss)
Obviously 1 and 2 are in charge sitewide, 3 and 4 only in their respective forums.
Don't quote me on any of this though, this is just the idea I have gotten |

Wouldn't SBR be the domain name holder and server account holder? Basically the site is in his name, but is mainly run by his staff? |

interesting, thanks iswt and cp, so to clarify geordie made this part of the forum and then affiliated it to rlfans.com? was he invited or do you apply to rlfans.com?
for instance if i wanted to start a subsite on rlfans.com, say fatfans.com would i have to get the tech stuff done myself or would i approach senior admin and get them to do it for a fee?
all hypothetical of course, i have no real masterplans
