Wonder how the RFL will handle any points deduction (if required) since the middle 8s start from zero again. i.e. whilst a significant deduction of SL points may see them ending up bottom, it wouldn't affect their starting point in the middle 8s, ableit may prevent them from getting in the top 8. Hence is that fair/equal ?

Maybe a fairer way of handling this ,as Shiny has said with the points system not being a level playing field, would be to dock the overspend from next year's salary cap, or even this year's & force the club to sell some players.

Because the accusation is that they made hidden payments to players through a separate company owned by Koukash, and therefore not declared on the live cap.

Definitely having a mare at the minuet but it's what a lot of people suspected after the fallouts with players who seemed to leave under a cloud, they now appear to have steadied the ship a little so from now on let Koukash answer the charge if he learns from it hopefully the club can move on.

If Koukash got run over trying to cross the M1 at night wearing a black onesie, he would blame the car drivers, the Highways Agency, the police and anyone else he could think of.
