Philbin did short minutes and Murdoch-Masilla was good but he’s not fit, GKing was ineffective and Patton didn’t play.



Would you have Atkins on the bench to bring a bit of pace and power on the middle for ten minutes at the end of each half? Would you play Patton (having two hookers on at once can speed up the PTB)?

I know we didn’t use Patton and some would go with another forward on the bench but I can’t get 2013 out my head.

I don't see the point of naming Patton, if he's not going to get action until the 70th minute (bar an injury)

After watching last night I think it's fairly sure we could loose at least one to injury, or 10 mins on the side lines. They are masters of the dark arts at the PTB!

Bateman when making a tackle stands very close to the player as they stand and puts his hand on the back of there head, pushes down and as last night on a few occasions shots around, he is just niggles and pushes it to the limit. He got away with it all night didn't get penalised once. Don't start me on Olocklin !

How many times did a Wigan player get tackled where it was 50/50 yet they all file in and suck the ref into giving a penalty!

We mus play a back on the bench, just as an insurance policy.
